Opportunity operations · Built MVP

Make the next action visible. Keep the decision accountable.

An opportunity workspace for next-action context, playbooks, approvals and human ownership.

THE WORKFLOW

A clearer way to handle the work.

An opportunity needs context, a responsible person and a reviewable next action. Automating the action is a separate decision from suggesting it.

The working local MVP has recorded tenant persistence, test and desktop/mobile demo checks. Its demonstrated revenue outcomes are synthetic and are not customer results.

What the foundation demonstrates

  • Opportunity inbox with history, ownership and takeover
  • Configurable playbooks and policy/approval controls
  • Contacts, conversations, calendar and analytics surfaces
  • AI action planning and persistent opportunity event trails

SCOPE & READINESS

Know the boundaries before the build.

We review the foundation against your environment and agree any activation work before operational use.

  • Demonstrated won value and deposits are synthetic
  • Live calls, messages, calendar bookings and payments are unverified
  • Email delivery and warm transfer require further implementation
