Front desk & booking · Built MVP

Give enquiries and booking requests a front desk.

A reception workspace for published business knowledge, web enquiries, reviewed bookings and staff queues.

THE WORKFLOW

A clearer way to handle the work.

Questions, contact details and appointment requests need a consistent route to the person managing the schedule.

The local ReceptionOS MVP has recorded persistence, overlap-rejection and consumer-install checks. Features from separate Velora implementations are not attributed to it.

What the foundation demonstrates

  • Business, location, service and staff onboarding
  • Published knowledge and a branded reception widget
  • Consented contact capture and local booking conflict checks
  • Front-desk review queues and audit events

SCOPE & READINESS

Know the boundaries before the build.

We review the foundation against your environment and agree any activation work before operational use.

  • Phone, SMS, external calendars, payment and hosted email are disconnected
  • Rescheduling, cancellation and staff invitations require additional work
  • This is a web-reception foundation, not a connected 24/7 voice receptionist
