Finance operations · Built MVP

Follow invoices, allocations and reconciliation in one workspace.

A finance-operations foundation for invoice records, payment allocation, reconciliation and controlled period closing.

THE WORKFLOW

A clearer way to handle the work.

Invoice status, payment allocation and month-end review need a consistent trail that an accountable finance operator can inspect.

Accounting functions and tenant access are implemented in a local MVP. Complete authenticated financial acceptance and live bank/tax integrations are not established.

What the foundation demonstrates

  • Tenant-scoped invoices, payments and customer statements
  • Balanced journal posting and idempotent payment events
  • Split bank reconciliation and ledger-account mapping
  • Controlled voids, reversals and month-end close/reopen events
